Adam Whitty, also known by his stage name Hereafter, is a talented DJ and producer from Manchester, UK. Music has always played a significant role in his life, beginning with his love for the guitar at a young age. However, it wasn’t until 2015 when Adam discovered his passion for electronic music and music production. This led him to enroll in a music production course at Manchester University, where he honed his skills and learned the ins and outs of the industry.
After completing his studies, Adam decided to further immerse himself in the music world by moving to Berlin, a city renowned for its thriving music scene. He spent three months in the city, soaking up inspiration and connecting with like-minded individuals in the industry. The influence of artists such as Adriatique, Denis Horvat, Colyn, and Innellea can be heard in Hereafter’s work, but he also strives to create his own unique and captivating sound.
Hereafter’s hard work and dedication to his craft paid off with the release of his EP Mythology on Reckoning Records. The EP reached the number 1 spot on the Beatport Progressive House Charts, solidifying his place as a rising star in the electronic music world. With his passion for music and his drive to create something truly unique, Hereafter is definitely an artist to watch.
