Tammy Govan, widely known as Court Jester SA, is a rising star in the South African house music scene. Her journey as a DJ began in 2016 and since then, she has made a name for herself by playing at some of the biggest events and dance floors in the country. With her exceptional talent and ear for music, Tammy has played alongside some of South Africa’s most talented DJs, including Ru De La Vega, Ax, Funk The DJ, and Deena Naidoo.
Tammy’s big break into radio came in December 2019 when she was featured on 5fm’s The Raveyard with Das Kapital. Since then, she has made several appearances on different radio shows, including Truth In Dance with Paul Angel, Jou Radio with DJ Tazz the Madness, and Deep City Sessions with Dirty King.
Tammy’s unique style and ability to anticipate trends in music have made her a valuable addition to the Reckoning Records team. She currently serves as part of the A&R and promotions team, bringing her passion for music and expertise to the label.
